Located on the main street, this hotel is easily accessible and situated near restaurants and shops for a great night out. Families will appreciate the child-friendly pool even if missing a good view. The room and bathroom were spacious enough with good storage for gear after skiing. Breakfast was delicious and filled our stomachs before hitting the slopes.

The decor in the restaurant felt lacking and did not match the rest of the hotel's luxurious feel.

The hotel offers a good selection of breakfast and dinner options. The location is convenient, being close to the slopes and the town center. The shuttle service is reliable and runs frequently between the hotel and the skiing areas, saving us from a lot of walking. The spa area is quite nice and relaxing, and it was a big advantage after a long day of skiing.

The hotel's Easter decorations were a bit too much, and the overall atmosphere was too "tacky. " The rooms were small with no view, and we could hear our neighbors talking loudly at night.

Hotel staff was very kind and helpful in each situation. Nice pool with a warm water - our kids loved it. Good breakfasts with a wide choice of cakes, breads, cheeses and sweets. Rooms maintained very clean every day.

Slow and unstable internet access, maybe due to insufficient wifi coverage. Need to get new access code every day. Paid parking space in the hotel garage.

The rooms were beautifully furnished with wooden floors and had enough space for a comfortable stay. the hotel's key location offered a short walk to the cable car, making it easy to access resort amenities. the breakfast had a great variety of food, including eggs made to your preference, which was a treat.

The hotel's pool area was overcrowded, and the noise from other guests' rooms and outside made it difficult to sleep. However, the hotel provided a shuttle bus for transportation to the slopes, which was a plus.
